T.F. Canal Co. sets stockholders meeting
TWIN FALLS, Idaho - The regular meeting of the stockholders of the Twin Falls Canal Company will be held Jan. 13. at 9 a.m. in the Rick Allen Room in the Herrett Center at the College of Southern Idaho.
Directors from District 1 And 5 will be elected for three year terms.
Other business will also be transacted. There will be reports from the company’s general manager, auditors and lawyers. There will also be reports concerning operation and maintenance efforts, 2009 water supplies, water call, and other matters of interest.
The corporate books will close for the transfer of stock on Dec. 31.
Proxies must be filed with the assistant secretary at the TFCC office on or before Jan. 9.
